Purchasing a home is one of the largest financial and emotional decisions of one's lifetime, and few decisions in life effect so many important areas.  Home buying involves a need for shelter, comfort and enjoyment, a place to create memories, expression of ourselves, investment, and tax reduction (please check with your CPA).  I approach my efforts for each family with respect for each these.
